Frankenplan is local-first. Your training plan, workout history, and settings are stored on your device only. They are never sold or shared.
When you generate or import a plan with AI, the text you provide is sent to our server function, which forwards it to a third-party language-model provider to produce the plan. We do not attach your identity to these requests and we do not store the requests or their results on our servers.
Frankenplan is a planning tool, not medical advice. AI-generated plans are suggestions — consult a professional before starting a new training program.
